Mohsen Daschti, native Iranian (born in Teheran), lives in Germany, currently near Bamberg in Northern Bavaria. He is a member of various press and photography related organizations, like VNBS, VDS, A.I.P.S. and GDT.
For many years he has been travelling around the globe as a freelance photographer. The resulting impressive portfolio has led to numerous cooperations with renowned publishers.
During his travels in countries near and far he focuses on the beauty of nature as well as on the diversity of people and cultures.

Among his publications are successful calendars and picture books resulting from his work in New Zealand, Portugal, the United States, Alaska, Canada und South Africa. Other projects like Iran are currently evolving.
For his work Mr Daschti uses the best of professional equipment like cameras and lenses from Leica and Canon.
